30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love your AlpsBricks mask. If you're not happy with it, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a refund.
How to request a return
- Email us at support@alpsbricks.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Conditions
- Change-of-mind returns: the mask must be unwashed, in its original condition, with its packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to pay for return shipping.
- Shipping Protection and Priority Shipping add-on fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days (your bank may take a few extra days to post it).
Exchanges
Want a different face instead? Tell us when you contact us and we'll swap it once your return arrives.
